Who we are

The data controller for verusum.com is Verusum (transitioning to Verusum Ltd on incorporation in the United Kingdom in late May 2026). All correspondence to info@verusum.com.

What this site collects

The Verusum website at verusum.com is a static institutional surface. It does not collect personal data from visitors, does not run analytics that profile individuals, and does not maintain a marketing list. The site sets essential cookies for security and site functionality (notably Cloudflare bot-management cookies); it does not set tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. Incoming email to verusum.com addresses is processed for the purpose of responding to that correspondence.

Service providers

The site is hosted via Framer; DNS and edge routing are provided by Cloudflare; email is hosted on Google Workspace. Each acts as a data processor under standard processor terms. Visitor IP addresses may be processed transiently by Cloudflare for routing and security; visitor request paths may be logged by Framer for hosting purposes; correspondence sent to verusum.com addresses is stored under the data controller's account on Google Workspace.

Legal basis for processing

The minimal processing this site involves (security cookies, hosting logs, correspondence handling) is conducted under the legal basis of legitimate interest. Should this site introduce processing requiring explicit consent (analytics, marketing, tracking), the privacy notice will be updated and consent will be sought before such processing begins.

Retention

Correspondence sent to verusum.com addresses is retained for three years from the date of last contact, or longer if required for legal or regulatory purposes. Hosting and edge logs are retained for the providers' standard durations (typically 30 days for Framer, 30 days for Cloudflare).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and equivalent regulations, you have the right to know what personal data is held about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The UK supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk. Send any data-subject request to info@verusum.com; we respond within one calendar month.
